1. Before returning the product(s) for refund under this satisfaction pledge, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by calling Applied Wireless, Inc. at (805) 383-9600, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM (Pacific Time).
2. The product(s) to be returned must be complete, including all
accessories, components, and User’s Guide, and must be in undamaged, unblemished (as-new) condition.
3. The product(s) to be returned must be (a) packaged adequately to prevent damage in transit, and (b) shipped prepaid and insured.
After the initial 30-Day Satisfaction Pledge period, the terms and conditions of the Applied Wireless, Inc. One Year Limited Warranty (USA) shall apply in all circumstances. Please refer to said warranty for details.
